U.S. Public's 'Lowest Level of Understanding'

Award-winning radio journalist Dan Grossman in this video from Copenhagen interviews Henry Pollack, PhD, for 40 years a professor of geophysics at the University of Michigan. In this video, he discusses the American public's "lowest level of understanding and acceptance" of anthropogenic climate change ... and what it will take to turn it around.

Pollack, author of Uncertain Science ... Uncertain World, in this video explores Americans' attitudes toward climate change in a challenging economic environment. Pollack, who has worked actively with the IPCC, travels regularly to Antarctica. He has conducted scientific research on all seven continents.
